Eggs that are Non-Fat!
Salt to taste
- Add 1/4 inch of water to bottom of a skillet
- Bring water to a boil
- Break two eggs into the water
- Turn heat down to medium-low; Cover pan with foil and set timer for 3 minutes then remove from burner
- The egg is perfect/medium. If you like hard then let covered pan sit off the burner for 2 more minutes
