Mexican Snack

Sometimes you just need a taste of Mexican and you don’t have to go out!


  • Flour Tortillas

  • 1/2 Can of Pinto Beans (drained)

  • 1/4 Can of Diced Tomatoes with green chilies

  • 4 thick slices of Velveeta Cheese

  • Jalapeno

  • Cayenne Pepper


  • Slice cheese ( 4- 1/8 inch slices) and place in a microwavable bowl
  • Add 1/4 Cup of Diced tomatoes & 1/2 Cup of Pinto Beans
  • Add a sprinkle of Cayenne Pepper (if you like heat)
  • Microwave for 2 minutes then stir to make sure the cheese is all melted
  • Wrap a tortilla in a paper towel and microwave for 15 seconds
  • Place tortilla onto a plate and spoon bean/cheese/tomato mixture; add jalapeño, as you like; roll up and eat with a fork
