You can have the popcorn taste without the hulls and a little bit of sweet!
1 Bag of PUFFCORN
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Light Karo Syrup
1/2 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Stick of Butter, melted
2 teaspoon Vanilla
Sprinkle of Salt
- To make the caramel mix all ingredients together in a large, microwavable container. I use a 4 Cup glass measuring bowl so it doesn’t boil over the edge
- Microwave the mixed ingredients for 2 minutes; stir, then microwave another 2 minutes; stir, then a last 2 minutes. Stir and then add the vanilla
- Empty the PUFFCORN into a large enough pan or bowl to be able to pour the caramel over and mix it all together to coat evenly. If you want a lighter coating pour the remaining caramel onto parchment paper for caramels to eat with apples. YUM!
