Cranberry Relish

  • 12 oz Bag of Whole Cranberries

  • 1 Cup of Sugar

  • 2 Whole Oranges

  • 1/4 Cup of Orange Juice

  • Red Food Coloring

  • Chopped Walnuts (optional)


  • Rinse the whole cranberries. Use food processor to chop them
  • Add sugar, orange juice, & chopped, peeled orange
  • Add a few drops of red food coloring to brighten the relish
  • Add walnuts if desire
  • Slice an orange for garnish
  • Cover and refrigerate until serve
