hourThere is nothing like Pumpkin Bars or Pumpkin bread made with Fresh Roasted Pumpkin. Pumpkins are expensive before Halloween but I purchased one for just wpzoom-recipe-card/block-recipe-card.00. One pumpkin makes about 8 cups of roasted goodness.
Ingredients
Wash the outside of the pumpkin
Cut up in wedges
Using a knife cut away all the seeds and strings
Place all wedges onto a baking sheet lined with parchment
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Bake for 1 hour
- When cooled, using a tablespoon, peel all the pumpkin off of the skin
