Ingredients
1 lb of Ground Beef
1 Can of Tomato Soup
24 oz Jar of Prego/Traditional Sauce
Season with Salt/Pepper/Onion Powder to taste
Directions
- Add water to the bottom of a skillet and heat on medium till boiling
- Gradually add the 1 lb of ground beef and mash with a fork, making it fine
- Sprinkle salt/pepper/minced onion or onion powder
- Drain all liquid
- Add 1 can of tomato soup and stir
- Add in 12-16 oz of Prego/Traditional Sauce, depending on how thick you want your sauce; stir and simmer while your favorite pasta is cooking
- I use this same sauce when I make lasagne, only I double the recipe and purchase two bags of 16 oz bags or 4 bags of 8 oz grated mozzarella. Bake @ 350 degrees for 2 hours
