Roasted Cabbage Steaks

1 Head of Cabbage
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Salt
Directions
- Wash and cut a head of cabbage into 1 1/2 inch slices; should make 4-6 slices, depending on the size of cabbage
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, drizzle EVOO, and salt to taste
- Place the cabbage steaks on the parchment paper then drizzle EVOO on the top of the steaks, salt to taste
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes so edges start to brown. Delicious and calorie friendly!
