5 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
Sprinkle of Salt
1 TBLS Butter
Directions
- Blend eggs, milk, and salt for 2 minutes (use blender or hand mixer)
- Melt butter in small skillet; medium heat
- Pour blended egg mixture in skillet
- When mixture begins to bubble, run spatula around edge and tip skillet for liquid on top to run underneath; continue until there is no more liquid on top
- Cover skillet with foil; turn heat to low; set timer for 30 seconds
- Take covered skillet off the heat and let sit 5-10 minutes to finish cooking
- Divide eggs and plate; if need to reheat place paper towel over eggs and microwave for 10-15 seconds
