Cabbage/Roll Soup

1 head of cabbage; 2 cans beef broth; 1/2 bag of cut up carrots; 3 stalks cut up celery; 1/2 diced onion; 2 cans diced tomatoes; 1 lg. can tomato sauce; 1 can green beans; 1/2 cup dry rice; 1 lb browned hamburger
Directions
- Brown 1 lb of hamburger, season, drain fat; add 1/2 cup of dry rice & 1 can of beef broth. Cover, Steam on low till rice is tender.
- Sauté chopped onion and celery; add cut up carrots & cabbage. Add 1 can beef broth. Cover, Steam until vegetables are tender. Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes & tomato sauce, 1 can green beans. Then add hamburger & tender rice. Simmer all together 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste! I added salt, pepper, and cayenne.
