Microwaved Acorn Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Acorn Squash

  • 2 TBLS Butter

  • 2 TBLS Brown Sugar

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Wash and cut squash in half
  • Remove seeds with a spoon
  • Use a microwavable dish and place both halves cut side down
  • Microwave 11 minutes
  • Turn cut side up and add 1 TBLS Brown Sugar and 1 TBLS Butter
  • Cover and microwave for 1 more minute
  • Cut each into half if want to serve 4 or serve as a half
