2 3/4 Cups of Flour
1 1/2 Cups of Sugar
2 Sticks of softened butter
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
Ingredients to roll cookie balls in:
1/2 Cup Sugar and 2 TBLS Cinnamon
Directions
- Cream together sugar and butter
- Beat in eggs until fluffy, add vanilla and stir
- Add 1 cup of flour, along with other dry ingredients and mix
- Beat in the other 1 3/4 cups of flour
- Cover bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours before making into balls
- spray cookie sheet with olive oil
- Using a small ice cream scoop make balls; roll in your palm and place in a bowl with lid of 1/2 Cup Sugar & 2 TBLS of Cinnamon. Place lid on bowl and shake around to coat all of the cookie balls
- Place 12 ~ 1/2 inch apart on cookie sheet. I use a mug that has a design on the bottom to press each.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes @ 400 degrees ( I have found that baking time differs depending on what bakeware you use)
