2 – 7.05 oz Choceur White Chocolate (I purchased from Aldi)
PS I found it hard to actually find White Chocolate. Most packages of white morsels/chips are not white chocolate, just almond bark1 lb 8 oz Package Almond Bark ( purchased from Walmart)
2 1/2 Cups of Whole Cashews ( purchased from Costco)
Directions
- Spray a small crock pot with olive oil and set to low
- Chop White Chocolate and Almond Bark into small pieces
- Place in the crockpot and set your timer for 30 minutes. Stir then set your timer for another 10 minutes until all is melted
- Turn your crockpot to warm then add 2 1/2 cups of whole cashews; stir
- Place waxed paper on a cookie sheet then using a mini scoop, making sure there are at least 3 cashews to each, make individual mounds, giving space between. Before they dry shake colored sprinkles on each for the holidays
- Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before removing from the waxed paper. Store in a sealed container and refrigerate until serving
- You can also use this mixture to coat almonds and then break up into pieces after it sets up in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
