Eggs that are Non-Fat!

Ingredients

  • Non-Stick Skillet

  • Water

  • 2 Eggs

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Add 1/4 inch of water to bottom of a skillet
  • Bring water to a boil
  • Break two eggs into the water
  • Turn heat down to medium-low; Cover pan with foil and set timer for 3 minutes then remove from burner
  • The egg is perfect/medium. If you like hard then let covered pan sit off the burner for 2 more minutes
