Butternut Squash

1 Whole Butternut Squash
Olive Oil Spray (EVOO)
Butter & Salt
Brown Sugar
Directions
- Wash and cut in half, lengthwise
- Place on a cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper & sprayed with olive oil
- Place squash, cut side up and spray the top of each half with EVOO
- Bake @ 400 degrees for 60 minutes
- Scoop out all of the cooked squash and keep to make squash bread or spoon in small dishes, as a serving side heated with butter, salt, brown sugar (if you like)
