Cheese Sauce

1/3 of a 2lb Box of Velveeta
4 TBLS of Butter
4 TBLS of Flour
1 to 1 1/2 Cups of Milk (depending on how thick you desire)
1/8 teaspoon each of Pepper & Cayenne Pepper ( I prefer not adding salt since Velveeta seems to have enough)
Directions
- Melt 4 TBLS butter in a medium size sauce pan on medium-low heat
- Mix in 4 TBLS of flour and bring to a bubble
- Add 1/8 teaspoon pepper and cayenne
- Gradually add milk; stir and continue to add milk until flour/butter mixture is incorporated and is thickened
- Turn heat to low and; add thin slices of the 1/3 of 2 lb box of Velveeta; continue stirring until cheese is all melted


- Cover and store in refrigerator then use as desired
