Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/3 of a 2lb Box of Velveeta

  • 4 TBLS of Butter

  • 4 TBLS of Flour

  • 1 to 1 1/2 Cups of Milk (depending on how thick you desire)

  • 1/8 teaspoon each of Pepper & Cayenne Pepper ( I prefer not adding salt since Velveeta seems to have enough)

Directions

  • Melt 4 TBLS butter in a medium size sauce pan on medium-low heat
  • Mix in 4 TBLS of flour and bring to a bubble
  • Add 1/8 teaspoon pepper and cayenne
  • Gradually add milk; stir and continue to add milk until flour/butter mixture is incorporated and is thickened
  • Turn heat to low and; add thin slices of the 1/3 of 2 lb box of Velveeta; continue stirring until cheese is all melted
  • Cover and store in refrigerator then use as desired
